ADVANCE FIT CORP Whole Body Vibration machines
that are not operating properly and were purchased from an authorized
ADVANCE FIT CORP distributor will be removed or replaced within one
year from the date of purchase. In addition, the warranty covers parts
only for two years and the motor only for five years from date of
purchase.

This covers only flaws caused by materials or
labor in the equipment that existed when the unit was purchased.

It does not cover service calls to instruct
owners on how to use the equipment.

It does not cover faults resulting from natural
wear and tear, neglect, abuse, improper set-up, nor does it cover
plastic components.

It does not cover damage from faulty electrical
wiring used by the purchaser to power the unit nor repairs due to
limitations of the unit.

ADVANCE FIT CORP and its authorized
distributors' liability are limited to the purchase price of the machine
and there is no liability for any other direct, indirect or
consequential damages to persons or property.

Only the original purchaser may use the
warranty.

The warranty is for home use of the machine.

If a limited user group purchased equipment for
use in a controlled manner, such as a clinic or studio, the warranty is
limited to repair or replacement of the unit for 90 days and parts only
and motor only for one year from date of purchase.

In all situations, it is the responsibility of
the customer to deliver the machine or the part to an ADVANCE FIT CORP
service centre.

Any repair work not authorized by ADVANCE FIT CORP will void the warranty on this machine.
